I'm Pam Coulter Evans, a full-time residential real estate specialist and I enjoy selling real estate. I listen to my clients and then do my best to see that their goals are achieved, both in buying or selling a home.
I am a Tyler native and I have the knowledge of the area that enables me to price homes to sell and find just the right home that will meet the needs of the buyer. I have been a multi-million dollar producer for the past three years with this current year being my best.
My philosophy of life both personal and business is to live by the Golden Rule and treat people the way I want to be treated with honesty and respect. I feel like that is why I am successful and why real estate has been such a wonderful and fulfilling profession.
